Taking the first steps towards starting your surgical journey is both a daunting – and exciting – process! So we like to make it as easy as possible to access the information you need, in order to make an informed decision, that you can feel comfortable and confident about. Whether you are booking a cosmetic surgery consultation for breast augmentation, abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) or facelift surgery – or a skin therapy appointment for wrinkle and revolumising treatments, here are some simple steps to start the process: Read to book? Click to call now. STEP ONE | Call our patient support team on 3202 4744 or submit an appointment request here. We will be in touch promptly! STEP TWO | Read the information our patient support team sends you regarding costs, recovery and important considerations to make when embarking upon a treatment journey. Consider the support systems you may need at home, time off work or other commitments and how this may determine your ideal consultation and surgery time frames. lSTEP THREE | Complete the forms we send you in our welcome email; this enables us to prepare for your consult in advance, offer you an earlier appointment if you'd like to be seen sooner - and helps us understand if you need any further tests or investigations prior to your appointment, so you can get the most out of your time with us! STEP FOUR | Write down any questions you'd like answered at your visit. Don't worry if you forget - you are welcome to email us any additional questions after your appointment. Following your consultation, a comprehensive email containing the clinical and financial information discussed will be emailed to you for easy reference. Ensuring you feel well informed about your treatment plan is of paramount importance to us. STEP FIVE | Plan your first visit to our clinic! Our clinics are easy to access and offer complimentary patient parking. The information below will help you plan your initial visit ahead of time and enjoy a stress free start to your treatment journey with us.Telehealth and Virtual Cosmetic Surgery ConsultationsDr Sharp and our team of cosmetic nurses offer Telehealth consultations for patients who live in regional or remote Australia – or are not able to attend the clinic, due to transport or mobility limitations. If you are unwell on the day of your initial consultation but still wish to attend the consultation via Telehealth, this can also be arranged. As Telehealth calls need to be prepared using our consultation software, please give us as much notice as possible if you need to convert your consult into a Telehealth appointment. Please note that while we can offer initial cosmetic surgery consults via Telehealth, an in-clinic consultation is required prior to undertaking cosmetic surgery.
