Why Choose Us for Your Facial Plastic Surgery?

– Specialist plastic surgeon skills and experience: our surgeon Dr Sharp is a qualified plastic surgeon and Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. Learn why this is important here. Before becoming a plastic surgeon, candidates operate on thousands of patients, performing complex reconstructive procedures in the major hospitals around Australia. Experience counts when it comes to plastic surgery, and plastic surgeons have spent thousands of hours operating on patients’ faces, performing complex cancer reconstruction and microsurgery – even before they qualify as specialist plastic surgeons. This is one of the important ways in which they differ from other doctors who perform cosmetic surgery.

– Personalised approach: We believe it is important to get to know you – and have a thorough understanding of your motivations. This guides us in making sensible surgical recommendations and providing a surgical plan and treatment journey that’s right for you, your unique anatomy and lifestyle.

– Advanced techniques: Dr Sharp has had the privilege of being trained by some of Australia’s pioneering plastic surgeons, including Dr Bryan Mendelson. And he never stops learning, regularly travelling across Australia and the world to attend plastic surgeon led conferences on facial aesthetic surgery.

– Comprehensive aftercare: Your journey doesn’t end with surgery. We offer comprehensive aftercare to support you through your recovery, including a 6 week postoperative care program and postoperative laser therapy for pigmentation, collagen production and scar optimisation.
